By purchasing a ticket for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration & Payment
Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received. Space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Health & Participation
By attending this event, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and are physically able to do so. You understand that activities may include floating in a pool, guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki, gentle movement, and other wellness experiences.
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, serious heart conditions, or any other health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
Participation is always optional. Please honor your body and participate only in activities that feel comfortable for you.
Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in wellness activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur while attending this event.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenity Vibes, Danielle Knox, event facilitators, volunteers, venue hosts, and property owners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or personal property claims arising from participation in this event.
Cancellation Policy
Because space is limited, all ticket sales are final.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person with advance notice to Zenity Vibes.
If Zenity Vibes must cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your registration may be transferred to a future event or refunded at the organizer's discretion.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events may be adjusted or rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns. Every effort will be made to notify attendees as early as possible.
Photography & Video
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and community purposes. By attending, you grant Zenity Vibes permission to use photographs or video in future promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the event host upon arrival.
Private Residence Guidelines
This event is held at a private residence. Please respect the property, neighbors, and fellow guests.
To maintain a peaceful and family-friendly environment:
No alcohol or illegal substances.
No smoking or vaping on the property.
Children must remain supervised at all times.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early.
Guest Information
If purchasing multiple tickets, you agree to provide the full names of all guests attending with your reservation.
