Welcome to the Zenity Vibes Directory — a curated hub for facilitators, vendors, and venues committed to conscious wellness, ethical service, and community-centered collaboration.

These guidelines exist to support clarity, integrity, and an uplifting experience for everyone involved. By joining the Zenity Vibes Directory, you agree to the terms below.

Directory Guidelines

1) Alignment & Integrity

Zenity Vibes is a heart-led community. Members are expected to represent their offerings with honesty, integrity, and respect for others. We welcome diverse modalities and approaches, as long as they are presented ethically and responsibly.

2) Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information including (but not limited to): business name, service descriptions, product descriptions, pricing if listed, contact links, and location details.

If anything changes, you’re welcome to request updates at any time.

3) Respectful Community Conduct

Members agree to engage respectfully with other practitioners, vendors, venues, and the Zenity Vibes team. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or hostile conduct is not allowed.

4) Ethical Marketing + No Spam

Zenity Vibes supports visibility — not spam. Members may not use the directory or Zenity channels to send unsolicited promotions, aggressive sales messages, or mass outreach to other members.

5) Licensing & Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your services, offerings, and business practices comply with any applicable laws, regulations, professional licensing requirements, and local ordinances.

Zenity Vibes does not verify licensure and does not assume responsibility for member compliance.

6) No Medical Claims

Zenity Vibes is a wellness and community-based platform. Members may not present their offerings as medical treatment or make guaranteed outcomes.

Nothing in the directory is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Members should encourage clients to seek appropriate medical support when needed.

7) Content Standards

Photos, descriptions, and links must be appropriate and aligned with the Zenity Vibes mission. Zenity Vibes reserves the right to request edits or decline content that is misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with our community values.

Membership Terms

1) Membership & Billing

Directory memberships are offered on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), unless canceled. By joining, you authorize Zenity Vibes to charge your selected payment method according to your plan.

2) Listing Review & Publishing Timeline

Listings are reviewed and published within 3–5 business days after onboarding information is received. Premier listings may require additional review time due to expanded content and placement.

3) Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time according to your plan. Once canceled, your directory listing may be removed at the end of your billing period.

4) Refund Policy

Because listings involve digital publishing and promotional placement, payments are non-refundable, including unused time within a billing cycle.

If you believe an error was made, please contact us and we will review your request with care.

5) Upgrades & Downgrades

Members may upgrade or change tiers at any time (based on availability). Some placement or promotional assets may change depending on the new tier level.

6) Content Usage Permission

By submitting photos, logos, and written content, you grant Zenity Vibes permission to publish and display this content in the directory and related Zenity Vibes promotions (including social media, email features, and blog spotlights).

You retain ownership of your original content.

7) DK2 Design Partner Services

Zenity Vibes members may receive preferred perks or discounts through our creative partner, DK2 Design. Any design services beyond included perks are separate and billed independently.

8) Right to Decline or Remove Listings

Zenity Vibes reserves the right to decline, pause, or remove a listing if:

  • content is false or misleading

  • community guidelines are violated

  • behavior is harmful or disrespectful

  • the listing conflicts with platform values

  • membership payments are not active

If possible, we will communicate concerns and allow an opportunity for resolution.

Zenity Vibes provides a directory and community platform. We do not guarantee outcomes, bookings, income, or results. Members are solely responsible for their services, products, client relationships, and business practices.
