For more than 30 years, Shawn Bos has devoted her life to the art and practice of energy healing—work that has lived intuitively within her since childhood. One of her earliest memories is placing her hands on her mother during an asthma attack and feeling intense heat radiate from her palms, bringing comfort and relief. Though she didn’t have the language for it then, that moment marked the beginning of a lifelong calling: working with energy as a pathway to healing.
Shawn’s philosophy is rooted in a simple but profound truth—everything is energy. Within the human system exist 22 energetic pathways through which life force flows. When these pathways become blocked, dis-ease forms, eventually manifesting as physical symptoms, emotional distress, or imbalance in one’s outer life. Shawn’s work focuses on gently yet powerfully releasing these blockages, restoring flow, and helping the body return to its natural state of harmony.
Each healing session is uniquely tailored to the individual. Shawn works intuitively, offering multiple modalities depending on the client’s needs and preferences. Sessions may include hands-on energy work, distance healing through voice and intention, or sound healing using buffalo drums and crystal bowls that mirror the tonal wavelengths of the chakras. As one client humorously described, “It’s like Shawn goes in there with a Roto-Rooter and clears the pathways out.”
Beyond physical energy clearing, Shawn specializes in deep emotional and cellular healing. She understands that our cells act as memory banks—holding not only joy, but also unresolved trauma, grief, and emotional imprints from childhood or years past. Through gentle yet transformative processes, Shawn helps clients release stored trauma at the cellular level and consciously replace it with the feelings, truths, and states of being they wish to embody.

My Approach to Energy Healing
In addition to clearing physical, energetic blockages, I also do emotional work. Our cells are memory banks, and though they hold onto those joyful memories, they also hold onto those traumatic or sad memories of childhood or years past. With some processes that I do with my clients, we are able to go in and clear that trauma out on a cellular level. And doing so we create what they want to feel and claim as their truth instead.
